Support Policy :

1. Opencart City will provide 6 months free support.
2. Support will only include module bug fixes.
3. Any kind of customization will not be included in the support.
4. You need to provide the FTP and admin details of your site (If required).
5. In some modules like Quickbooks POS etc, you may need to provide the Team Viewer access. 
6. After support expiry, the cost of extending the support will be $120 for 3 months, $160 for 6 months, $200 for 9 months and $220 for 1 year.
